website wireframe

Posted on March 6, 2023March 6, 2023 By Drawson

A website wireframe is a visual representation of a website’s structure, layout, and content. It’s a low-fidelity, basic outline or blueprint that outlines the essential components of a web page or site without including any design details, images, or content.

The purpose of a website wireframe is to help designers and developers plan and organize the website’s layout, user interface, and functionality. It allows them to focus on the website’s structure and content, without being distracted by the details of the design or graphics.

Wireframes typically include boxes or shapes representing content areas, navigation menus, buttons, forms, and other website elements. They can be created using a variety of tools, from pen and paper to specialized software applications.

Website wireframes are useful in the early stages of website development because they provide a clear and concise representation of the site’s structure and layout. They also serve as a foundation for the design process, helping designers to create a visual design that aligns with the site’s overall goals and user needs.
